Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about caffeine pouch development, quantities, claims, testing, samples and quotation requirements.
Questions buyers ask before production.
What are caffeine pouches?
Caffeine pouches hold caffeine and an agreed carrier inside a small nonwoven pouch. They need their own formulation, product instructions, testing and market assessment. The development concepts on this site do not contain added nicotine or tobacco.
How much caffeine in a pouch is specified?
The range presents 50mg, 100mg and 150mg development targets, alongside custom formula concepts. These are formulation targets, not recommended servings. Account for caffeine from all ingredients and confirm the finished specification.
What is the production MOQ?
Plan for at least 3,000 cans for each SKU and 9,000 cans in the complete order. Both conditions apply. Three SKUs of 3,000 cans are one example. The quantities refer to cans, not individual pouches.
Can you develop our own formula?
Share the ingredient forms, target caffeine content, market and sensory brief. The technical team reviews compatibility, ingredient status and testing needs before agreeing a sample plan or production specification.
Do caffeine pouches contain nicotine?
Our development brief covers caffeine pouches without added nicotine or tobacco. A finished-product nicotine-free statement needs supplier controls, manufacturing controls and the agreed testing evidence.
Are caffeine pouches safe for everyone?
No. Caffeine products are not suitable for everyone. These concepts are for adult brand projects; the finished formula, exposure, warnings and target-market requirements require assessment. This website does not give individual medical advice.
Can we choose the flavor and can?
The reference library contains 91 flavor-development entries and 22 can models. A listed reference is a starting point. Confirm availability, fit, sensory performance, artwork and packaging tests for your specific project.
Are prices, sample costs and lead times fixed?
No. Ingredient choices, testing, can selection, artwork, order mix and destination affect the quotation and schedule. Obtain a written scope and approved specification before placing an order.
Can you provide batch test documents?
Agree the test panel, method, sampling plan and required documents before production. Request a batch-specific COA and traceability records within the contracted scope. Third-party testing and specialist panels must be quoted separately.
Can you support products intended for athletes?
Tell us if sport use is part of the brief. Ingredient review, supplier qualification and independent prohibited-substance testing should be discussed. No formula is described as approved by WADA or universally safe for athletes.
What should we send for an accurate quotation?
Include your target country, caffeine per pouch, all active ingredients, flavor, pouch format, pouches per can, can model, cans per SKU, total cans and desired launch window. State whether you need samples, label review or export documentation.
Can you guarantee an instant effect or no crash?
No universal onset, duration or crash-free result is claimed. Pouch composition, release behavior, use conditions and individual sensitivity vary. Any performance statement needs evidence that matches the finished product.
Are these fixed stock products?
The six ranges are configurable development concepts. They are not retail offers or guaranteed ready-to-ship formulas. Feasibility, approved samples and market review determine what can be manufactured.
How does the sample request work?
Submit the market, concept, flavor preferences and evaluation criteria. The team confirms the sample scope, availability, fees, shipping and any development work in writing. A request is not a paid sample order.
